The Royal Australian Mint is proud to present these beautiful coins as part of its annual baby coin program. This year sees the return of the Mint’s Aussie Bubs – a delightful gang of baby Australian animals, here to celebrate the arrival of a new baby.

Eighty years on, we remember the Australians who served and sacrificed in the Second World War. This commemorative coin features a wreath of red poppies – one poppy for each decade that has passed since the end of the war.

The sixth sign in the Chinese Zodiac is the serene snake. The snake is said to be wise, calm and observant, characteristics which it shares with those born under this sign. This coin depicts the creative snake, entwined amongst auspicious bamboo, a symbol of virtue. Good luck and good fortune for 2025.
