Book an Adventure at the Mint

To celebrate Book Week 2025 join us for story time! Enjoy a classic Australian children’s story linked to a special coin made at the Mint and stay for a Book Week activity.

When: 18 to 22 August 2025
Time: 10am - 11am
Cost: Free (bookings not required)
Where: Little Visitors Vault, Royal Australian Mint (check in at the Welcome Desk)

This program is aimed at 3-5 year olds and all children must be accompanied by an adult.

The Royal Australian Mint and Government House present a new exhibition recognising the Australian honours system and the outstanding service and contributions of Australians making a difference. To those who dedicate themselves to improving local communities, demonstrating courage and bravery, and serving in response to nationally significant emergencies. See rare coins, medals and medallions from the National Coin Collection.
