Yes, if you haven’t made a purchase with the Mint before, you will be required to register an account. This can be done by filling this registration form. Fill in your details, enter a password and follow the prompts.

Click ‘Reset password’. Enter the email address that is linked to your online shop account and follow the prompts to reset your password.

No, we are unable to make changes to your order. Please be sure you have checked your order before proceeding to the checkout. If you find that you have made a mistake, please contact the Royal Australian Mint via email hello@ramint.gov.au or call us during business hours (Monday–Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm AEDT) on 1300 652 020 and our friendly staff will try to help you. Please note there will be times nothing can be done.

No, we are unable to hold onto your order. If for any reason you can't take delivery of your order, the parcel will be taken to the nearest Post Office for you to collect.

  1. Open a recent Mint email and select “update my marketing preferences” at the top of the email.
  2. You will be directed to a form where you can select or deselect categories (deselecting all will unsubscribe you from our email list).
  3. Verify your changes by clicking the reCAPTCHA checkbox.
  4. Click “Save My Preferences” to complete the changes.
