If you would like a remarkable souvenir of your Enlighten experience, visit the mobile Mint at Australian Parliament House - and make your very own change! In 1966 Australians were first introduced to decimal currency. Fifty years later, the Mint is offering you the chance to counterstamp your own uncirculated 50th anniversary of decimal currency dollar coin, with a special 'C' for Canberra. As a special treat to celebrate this anniversary, this counterstamp will be struck onto the obverse side of a coin, for the first time in Mint history! This coin will only be available over the four nights of Enlighten 2016. You can find our mobile press at Australian Parliament House, along with a display of decimal changeover memorabilia.Making the ChangeDate: 4 - 5 March and 11 - 12 March 2016Time: 6 pm - 10 pm Venue: Australian Parliament HouseCost: Free entry into Parliament House, $10 per coin
