What is consolidated shipping?

If you enter more than one Mint Ballot on release day and you are successful, you will only pay for one shipping.

Will I now receive one delivery if I am successful in more than one Ballot?

Yes, all your items will be placed together and you will receive one delivery to your nominated address.

Can I consolidate shipping if I have purchased orders through different Mint channels?

No, we cannot consolidate shipping for orders purchased through the Ballot and other Mint channels.

I have entered more than one Ballot on the same day and I have been charged postage on each item?

You won’t be charged to enter the Ballot. If you are successful in all Ballots on the day you will only be charged once for shipping. The shipping charge will be added to only one product.
