To use this new feature, simply press

  • 1 to place an order
  • 2 for account support
  • 3 for all other enquiries

By selecting the appropriate option, you will be directed to the right team member who will be able to help you with your needs.

To ensure that you receive prompt assistance, we encourage you to select the appropriate menu option. Selecting an incorrect menu option may result in your call being returned to the end of the queue for the correct option.
