In November 2009 the Royal Australian Mint will conduct a customer ballot for the 2010 $25 Gold Proof Kangaroo at Sunset Coin. Ballot forms will be included with the November Mint Issue order form sent to customers with a current customer number. Please see below for the ballot terms and conditions.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- By sending in a valid ballot form to the Royal Australian Mint, it is deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions to take part in the draw.
- Limit of one (1) ballot form per customer number per envelope.
- All ballot forms must include an active Royal Australian Mint customer number as of close of business on 20 October 2009.
- Ballot form must be returned by mail marked 'BALLOT' to Locked Bag 31, Kingston ACT 2604 or be hand delivered to the Mint Coin Shop, Denison St, Deakin ACT 2600 by 12 noon AEDST on 13 November 2009. The ballot must be in a separate envelope to your November Mint Issue order form.
- The ballot will be drawn by the Acting CEO of the Royal Australian Mint and will take place at 4.00 pm on 16 November 2009 at the Royal Australian Mint, Denison Street, Deakin ACT 2600.
- To reduce the possibility of multiple orders from one customer number, no orders will be accepted by phone, fax or internet for the 2010 $25 Gold Proof Kangaroo at Sunset Coin.
- Only mailed or hand delivered ballot forms to the Mint Coin Shop will be accepted.
- The Royal Australian Mint reserves the right to inspect any ballot form to establish a customer's eligibility and accepts no responsibility for lost, late, stolen or misdirected ballot forms.
- The Royal Australian Mint's decision is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
- An independent security guard will scrutinise the ballot draw.
- All unsuccessful ballots will be securely destroyed at the Royal Australian Mint's earliest convenience.
- Each valid ballot form will entitle a customer the right to purchase one (1) 2010 $25 Gold Proof Kangaroo at Sunset Coin (802176) at a cost of $420.00 AUD for customers in Australia or $381.82 AUD for international customers.
- A total mintage of 1000 coins is available for the 2010 Kangaroo at Sunset ballot.
- Successful customers from the ballot drawn will be notified by 23 November 2009 via email or phone.
- To enable us to contact successful customers in a timely manner please provide your current email address or any changes to your phone number.
- Please make sure all credit card details are correct on the ballot form. Invalid credit card information may result in disqualification from the ballot.
- Cheques and money orders will only be accepted from customers in Australia.
- Postage of the product is free for Australian customers. International customers must include an additional charge of $30.00 for postage & handling.
- Please do not phone the Royal Australian Mint to enquire about your ballot arrival. Please use registered post to track any mail deliveries.
- Only original ballot forms will be accepted.
- All invalid ballot forms will be disqualified.
- In the event of coins becoming available, additional ballots will be drawn.
