To protect and maintain the best possible quality of the 2009 $5 Fine Silver Proof Coin - International Year of Astronomy - Meteorite, coins should not be removed from the capsule nor exposed to extreme temperature or light conditions. If the coin is removed from the capsule the Royal Australian Mint is not obliged to replace or repair the coin or its components.
