An official striking of Olympic Victory Medals will be carried out at a special function at 10am on Wednesday 7 June, by the Minister for Financial Services & Regulation, The Hon Joe Hockey MP, who is the Minister responsible for the Royal Australian Mint.
Phar Lap comes to life on two new $5 collector coins released by the Royal Australian Mint to celebrate 70 years since his historic win at the Melbourne Cup.
