2022 Remembrance Day Coin Ballot Update
Entries into the 2022 Remembrance Day Coin ballot have closed. Ballot winners can expect to be notified via email on Monday 28 November 2022. If you win, what next? • Winners will be allocated three (3) coins to purchase. • You can secure these coins at any time before 5.00 pm AEDT Friday 2 December 2022.• Click the link in the winner notification email and log into your eShop customer account to make your purchase.
Any unclaimed coins will be eligible for purchase through a second ballot draw on Monday 5 December 2022.
In response to customer feedback, the available eShop allocation of the 2022 Remembrance Day Coins will be released via a Ballot.
The Ballot will commence on Monday 14 November. If you are an eligible customer, you will receive an email with a link to register your intention to purchase.
Ballot entries are limited to one per customer and the purchase limit of three will remain unchanged. Only customers who have not yet purchased this product will be eligible.

Q. What are the key dates?

- Customers will receive Ballot registration emails - Monday 14 November 2022

Q. If successful, how long will I have to purchase?
A. Successful ballot entrants will have until 5.00 pm Friday 2 December 2022 to purchase.
Q. Will the purchase limits remain the same?
A. To remain consistent with sales through the Mints other channels, the purchase limit will be 3 per customer.
Q. Who is eligible to receive the Ballot?
A. To be eligible to receive and enter the Ballot you must;
- Have an active account with the Royal Australian Mint
- Be subscribed to receive Electronic Marketing
- Have not purchased the 2022 $2 ‘C’ Mintmark Coloured Coin – Remembrance Day
Q. How do I register for an account with the Royal Australian Mint?
A. You can register on the Mint’s eShop here. Please ensure you tick Electronic Marketing.
Q. Do I need to be a Legends member to be eligible?
A. No, you do not need to be a member of the Legends Loyalty Program to be eligible.
Q. Will registration emails only be sent to customers who have not purchased the 2022 $2 ‘C’ Mintmark Coloured Coin – Remembrance Day?
A. We will endeavour to not send the registration email to customers who have already purchased the 2022 $2 ‘C’ Mintmark Coloured Coin – Remembrance Day. Unfortunately, this cannot be guaranteed.
Q. Will the link provided for registration be customer specific?
A. The registration link sent to each customer will be locked to that customer’s account.
Q. What if a customer forwards the registration link to others?
A. Each registration link is locked to the customer’s account and can only be used to register that account.
Q. When will the remaining November Products be released?
A. Remaining November Products, listed below, have been slated with a tentative release of Thursday 1 December 2022 via the Mint’s eShop. The Mint will confirm this date in the coming weeks.

Q. If I am successful in the Ballot, what happens next?
A. If successful, you will receive an email with a link to purchase on Monday 28 November 2022, you must be logged into the eShop to view and purchase the 2022 $2 ‘C’ Mintmark Coloured Coin – Remembrance Day.
Q. If I am successful in the Ballot, when will my products be shipped?
A. The Mint anticipates that these products will begin shipping on Thursday 8 December 2022. Due to the Christmas Season we cannot guarantee that orders will arrive in time for Christmas.
Q. How will you stop customers who have already purchased from the Mint?
A. Customers who have purchased the 2022 $2 ‘C’ Mintmark Coloured Coin – Remembrance Day through the Mint’s Call Centre or Coin Shop will not be eligible to register. All customer accounts will be screened to remove duplicates. Any customer attempting to enter multiple registrations or to enter using multiple accounts will have all entries removed from the Ballot. Q. How many coins are in the eShop allocation?
A. The Mint does not disclose allocation information. However, as the eShop is Mint’s largest retail channel, the eShop receives the largest allocation of retail stock.
Q. Will I get free postage?
A. No, free postage will not be offered on this product - 2022 $2 ‘C’ Mintmark Coloured Coin – Remembrance Day.
