The Mint is currently undergoing substantial change, including the refurbishment of its premises and the installation of new and improved internal IT systems. This position needs a capable Web Content Manager to maintain strong relationships to support the Mint into the future.

As Web Content Manager you will administer the Mint Internet and Intranet websites which will include preparing and publishing content in compliance with government standards. You will also contribute to the development of new website and e-commerce solutions and improve the functionality of the Mint websites that provide coin information and access to Mint products.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Advanced written communication skills
• Superior oral communication skills
• Experience in use of CSS and HTML to prepare information for web publication
• Demonstrate technical understanding of web technologies including development suites, content management systems, Internet security standards and e-commerce solutions
• Tertiary qualifications desirable

This is a full time ongoing employment opportunity, working 36.75 hours per week with conditions of service set by the Royal Australian Mint Agency Agreement.
