Success in developing a high-performing mint that is capable of dealing with competing challenges depends very much on the motivation and commitment of staff. Individual and team performance is critical to our ability to meet our corporate goals. The Mint encourages performance measures for communicating and understanding how the organisation is performing internally and externally. These performance measures, which form an integral part of the Mint's Business Plan, are aligned with four Key Result Areas and performance measures from the Mint's annual Portfolio Budget Statement.
